Creative Self-Care Rituals is designed to help you create the space you need for yourself on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - joy included!
Here’s what we will cover in each workshop:
Part 1 (March 18th) will focus on Holistic Self-Care
Complete an inventory of your current self-care habits (mind, body, emotions, & spirit)
Learn a simple practice for connecting with yourself daily to learn what you need.
Part 2 (April 1st) will focus on Creative Rituals for Self-Care
Receive reflection and encouragement as you start new self-care habits & practices
Experience different ways to care for each part of yourself daily (mind, body, emotions, & spirit).
Fee: $66 (Pay once - covers both workshops in the series.)

Marci Payne is a holistic therapist and self-love mentor. She specializes in helping adults who have big hearts stop putting themselves last, so they can reclaim their confidence, voice, and joy. In her self-love workshops, she loves to take big issues and break them down into practical steps you can use right away.
