You are terrified of losing your wife. She seems completely checked out lately. When you go to touch her, you don’t get a response. You get that she’s stressed about work or overwhelmed with all she does for the family. But you can’t help but wonder if it’s you or if there’s a problem in your relationship.
You’ve been trying to figure out what to try or do differently, but you don’t even know where to start. You don’t want to make things worse. And you worry that you can’t change some of the things that are hard for you in relating and connecting with her. But all you can think about is that you miss her.
What is individual relationship counseling for men?
This is where relationship counseling for men comes in. I help men who are struggling with their relationships or marriage. I help you get clarity and confidence on whether you have a part to play in the problem that you struggling with. And if you decide you have a part in the problem, your wife doesn’t have to come with you to counseling in order for you to identify what you can do differently.
With some coaching, you can dig into better understanding how your marriage got to this point or how you can better support your wife. I want you to find the confidence to meet your own needs without making things worse. Sometimes all you need is a little coaching to help you bring your best self to your relationship.
