Self-Love Groups for Women
I have created this group for you. Because I believe the world needs more loving connections and it starts with strengthening our own relationship with ourselves. And that doesn’t mean getting more pedicures or workouts in. It means transmuting your self-sabotaging habits and self-talk into self-compassion and trusting yourself. And from this place, going for what you most desire!
The tools and practices that you will experience in the women’s circle were handed down to me by, Christine Ayrlo, the “Queen of Self Love” herself. I am so excited to share how I and many other women are liberating themselves from operating out of their inner critic and shifting into their own wisdom and loving-kindness.
My intention for these self-love groups is that you will…
- Feel supported and heard in a circle of women
- Understand how your inner critic/bully shows up and what this voice is trying to protect you from
- Begin shifting negative self-talk and self-sabotaging habits
- Learn practices that help you access your own wisdom and strengthen your love for yourself

Phoenix Emerging (starting September 2020)
Emerge from the ashes with greater awareness and self-acceptance, so you can begin shifting negative self-talk and self-sabotaging habits. Learn practices to help you lead yourself and your life from a place of love and self-trust instead of guilt, shoulds, and overwhelm.
- 4-week women’s circle
- Limited to 10 women
- Meets virtually on Monday evenings, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm CST (convert to your timezone)
