3 Steps to Dealing with Negative Emotions with Self-Compassion

It’s been an intense year for many due to social and economic changes. And with change comes a lot of feelings to process. Most of us have a hard time being with difficult emotions. And we’d prefer to distract ourselves from feeling the hard stuff. But when we distract, our feelings are still swirling around inside us. And eventually, we start to act differently in our relationships and our environment.
So how does one manage all these emotions? Since this is a frequent topic in my work with clients, I have created a free e-course for you. You will receive 3 steps for responding to difficult emotions with more compassion (and less judgment). My intention is to keep it simple and nourishing so that you can refer back to it when you need it the most.
If you are interested in receiving the free e-course on responding to difficult emotions, you can sign up here.
May it bring you back to exactly what you need to receive and hear during this time.
